Bariloche

Bariloche is one of the Lake Districts principle destinations which was officially founded in 1902 and is located in the national park also named Bariloche on the coast of Lago Nahuel Huapi. Bariloche is famous for being the chocolate capital of Argentina and is known for alpine architecture.

Bariloche is a great destination in both winter and summer seasons. During the winter, Bariloche encompasses postcard like sceneries of Cerros, Nireco, Shaihuenque and López snowy mountains making it an idealist location for skiers and snowboarders. In the summer Bariloche becomes a destination great for hikes, fishing, horses and mountain biking.
